1. Affected by non-central loads

Most valve springs used on boilers are cylindrical. According to calculations, when the valve spring is subjected to axial or radial load, the deformation and shear stress are inversely proportional to the diameter of the spring wire; when the spring is corroded in use, the diameter of the spring wire becomes smaller and the spring deforms The amount and shear stress increase, resulting in spring failure.

3. Affected by impact load

During the operation of the boiler, the valve is in a state of frequent beating, and a large impact speed is generated when exhausting. At this time, the first three turns of the spring first bear the impact load and absorb more impact energy. Because the impact load can not be quickly and effectively transmitted to the spring ring behind. Lead to plastic deformation and failure of the first three circles.
