The unit adopts an integrated design, and the evaporator, absorber, condenser, generator, and heat exchanger are all in one cylinder to ensure the air tightness of the unit.

The hot water flow of the unit and the cooling tower fan can be dynamically adjusted according to the operating conditions to ensure the output of the COP while avoiding crystallization.

With automatic vacuum setting, it can be fully automatic and unmanned operation.

working principle

Lithium bromide water absorption refrigeration device is mainly composed of generator, condenser, evaporator and absorber. Its basic working principle is as follows:

(1) The working heat source (such as steam, hot water and gas) is used to heat the dilute solution delivered from the absorber by the solution pump in the generator, and the water in the solution was evaporated to be steam.

(2) The steam enters the condenser and was condensed into refrigerant water by the cooling medium.

(3) The refrigerant water enters the evaporator by throttling, absorbs the heat of refrigerant water and becomes steam.

(4) In the generator, the remaining concentrated solution enters into the absorber, mixes with the water vapor from the evaporator, absorbs the steam and returns to the original concentration and becomes a dilute solution. The dilute solution enters the generator again through the solution pump and continues to circulate.
