9月21日上午，凤凰都市传媒科技股份有限公司董事会秘书、投资发展总经理鲁冀到我公司、学院参观考察，并研究、指导山东禄禧新能源科技有限公司上市工作，我院董事长金德禄陪同。
鲁总来到我院太阳能研究所——禄禧新能源，参观了高温太阳能真空集热管生产车间，金德禄董事长向客人详细介绍了高温太阳能真空集热管的研发和生产情况及太阳能空调、生物质真空锅炉等其他新能源设备的厂房规划和扩建情况。
随后，鲁总来到了山东师范大学历山学院新校区，参观了美丽的新校园和完备的教学设施，在听取了金德禄董事长对学院硬件和软件建设情况的详细介绍后，鲁总对我院的建设情况及“校企一体化、产学研一体化”的办学理念十分赞赏。
通过此次考察，明确了2013/2014年“禄禧新能源”在创业板上市的目标，确定了上市的工作时间表。
In the morning of September 21st, Board Secretary Lu Ji of Metropolis Media, who is also the General Manager of investment and development department, investigated our company and college, accompanied by Chairman Jin Delu. He gave us more information on how to let our company be on the Market.
General Manager Lu came to Solar Energy Research of Lucy New Energy Company, and investigated production workshop of high temperature solar collecting tubes. He had a detailed understanding about production, research and development of production line. In the meantime, Chairman Jin introduced plant planning and construction of solar energy central air condition and biomass vacuum boiler.
Then, he went to Qingzhou campus of Shandong Normal University, visiting the beautiful campus and teaching facilities. He spoke very highly of the educational philosophy of school-enterprise integration and production-development integration after understanding the construction on software and hardware.
Through this investigation, we adopted a definite major purpose for letting our company be on the Market in the 2013 /2014 year.
