8月14日上午,学院全体教职工和企业中层以上干部会议在银座佳悦酒店召开,董事长金德禄出席会议。
此次会议的主要内容是总结2011年上半年的工作,并由金德禄董事长对下半年工作做出安排和部署。
会议由公司总经理金世俊、副总经理丁海卫、学院花卉研究所副总刘燕燕、太阳能研究所副总徐攀分别对新教师在企业实习锻炼的情况做了总结报告,他们对新教师在实习中的总体表现和成绩给予了肯定,认为经过不断的沟通与磨合,新教师在工作过程中的心态越来越积极,从开始的排斥不理解到现在的快速适应并做的很,成功的完成了学生到员工的角色转化。目前,在企业里兼任中层或高层的教师,在短短1到2年的时间里从一名刚毕业的学生锻炼成长为企业的主干,与我们的独特的“校企一体化”的文化和打造的平台是分不开的,他们的成长也对新教师起到了很到的言传身教的作用。
金总说,上半年的工作我们取得了一些成绩,的成绩就是办学体制的形成,确定了办学的方向,就是要办一所理工方向的应用型本科高校,其次解决了怎么办的问题,就是要取消原有的辅导员制度,回归师徒制,建立导师制度,强化团委的地位,要把团支部建在班上,导师兼任组长,没有一个大学生掉队。第二个成绩就是确定了研究所是大学发展的支撑,要以太阳能和花卉研究所的成功为借鉴、为标杆,未来根据成立多个研究所,用高新技术产业的发展为学生未来的“半工半读、勤工俭学”提供平台,让各个方向的教师有课题做,有成果出,能够创造出价值,回归“实践出真知”的教学理念。
会上,金总对明年开学前教师的工作方向做了安排,根据学院教师的结构,在企业实习期满并合格的,理工科、农业、化学教师教学以外的工作方向是相关的研究所,语、数、外等基础课教师除教学以外的工作方向为行政管理。学院的机制就是要为每一个有能力、想做事的人提供平台,每一位教师都要根据学院的定位和发展方向,做好自我规划,正确的自我定位,实现自我价值与学院价值的统一,达到双赢。
在思想建设方面,金总要求全体教职工 “万事德为先”,做一个有道德的人,要形成一种共识,就是要遵循“农场法则”,懂得只有付出才有收获,只有辛勤耕耘才能收获丰硕的果实,坚决克服浮躁、急功近利的做法。尤其是在企业一线实习的教师,要明白我们培养的不是劳动力,而是一支有着丰富的一线工作经验的师资队伍,教师只有在企业一线工作过,磨练过,才知道如何教育学生,才有资格成为“师傅”。与此同时,我们要坚定不移的走“校企一体化、产学研一体化”的发展道路,要以学院为中心,继续完善和建立各项规章制度、奖惩制度,建立公平公正的工作环境,要提高教师的待遇和生活水平,鼓励和造就想干事能干事的人才。
会议后,教职工代表付加庭、赵宝忠、张艳、杜雯雯、李新金做了精彩发言,表达了一年多来他们在自己的实习工作岗位上取得的成绩和体会。

The main content of the conference is to summarize work of the first half 2011. Chairman Jin Delu made arrangements and deployment of the work in the second half year.
At first, General Manager Jin Shijun, Deputy General Manager Ding Haiwei, the Deputy President Xupan of Solar Energy Research Institute and Deputy President Liu Yanyan of Flower Research Institute made a summary report about the new teacher training in enterprises.They affirmed adequately to the performance and achievements of new teachers. At present, the growth of teachers serving as the middle or senior leadership in the enterprise is closely connected with our unique culture of school-enterprise integration. At the same time they set a good example for new teachers.
Chairman Jin said the best one of the achievements made in the first half year was the formation of school system. First we determined the running direction of building a science and engineering applied undergraduate College . He stressed we will choose tutorial system instead of tutor system and strengthen the league position. Second we determined the two institutes are the backbone of college development. In the future, we should also try to establish many institutes, so that the poor but intelligent, ambitious students could earn his tuition by working in companies.
On the meeting, Chairman Jin made arrangements about teachers’ work. According to their major, science teachers will go to professional institutes and arts teachers will engage in administrative work after internship. The mechanism of college provides a platform for men with ability. Every teacher should do a good self programming to achieve value unification between college and individual.
In terms of ideological building, Chairman Jin demanded the staff to be a moral person. Every one should follow the "farm law", knowing that “No pains, No gains”. With long-term working in the enterprise, outstanding teachers influenced by advanced concepts had inherent advantages in teaching. Only teachers worked in the enterprise, do they know how to educate students. At the meantime, we should have an unshakable conviction on the “school-enterprise integration and production-research-development integration” educational philosophy. We should also establish a fair evaluation system and incentive system to provide better development platform for excellent teachers, and to improve the treatment and living standard of them.
In the end, the faculty representative Fu Jiating, Zhao Baozhong, Zhang Yan, Du Wenwen and Li Xinjin made splendid speeches, expressing their progress and experience gained in practice work during the past year.
