7月16日上午,山东师范大学历山学院青州校区次全体教职工会议,在佳悦酒店三楼会议室召开,学院全体教职工参加会议,董事长金德禄作了重要讲话。
这次大会,确定了历山学院的定位和未来的发展方向,并就学生管理、师资培养、硬件建设等工作提出了总体思路和要求。
金总在讲话中说,自今年2月11日与青州市政府、山东师范大学签署三方合作办学协议以来,经过不断的沟通与探索,确定了学院今后的发展目标,就是要打造应用型大学中的大学,为了更快的实现这一目标,我们要坚持“校企一体化、产学研一体化”,用营销企业的方式,用“拳头产品”打品牌。目前,学院的“拳头产品”就是太阳能研究所和花卉研究所,我们要创办若干个研究所,加强与政府和社会各界的合作,迅速打响知名度。今年11月11日,与省建设厅、市政府共同举办“山东省2011届中高温太阳能青州论坛暨样板工程观摩会”,就是我们坚持“靠拳头产品打品牌”战略的重要一步,同时宣传山师,宣传青州。
会议明确了学院5年内的发展规划。金总提出,我们要在5年内逐步调整方向,与时俱进,淘汰没有市场的,逐步由前沿性的新学科代替。确定学院未来的招生规模为八千至一万人,每届学生在2000至2500人规模。在师资方面,新学科的学科带头人,要从台湾聘请,并要从现有的教师中,挑选一部分骨干去台湾学习深造,加快国际化步伐。
会议在学生管理方面提出了新的思路,取消原有的辅导员制度,建立导师制度,强化团委的地位,要把团支部建在班上,导师兼任组长。而在师资建设方面,金总说,我们的队伍很年轻,需要不断的磨练才能成长,全体教师要摆正心态,尽快的调整思路,与学院发展的大方向统一思想,提高自身的修养和觉悟,强化执行力,增强上进心。我们的干部队伍要有团队合作精神,有奉献精神,要牺牲小我,把学院的事业当作自己的事业,起到积极带头的骨干作用。学院要公平公正的健全各项考核制度和奖励制度,建立公正的单位环境,让有能力,想做事的人得到更高的报酬和更好的发展平台,真正实现“愉快工作、幸福生活”。
在会上,金总提出了两个课题,一是新招录的年轻教师在企业一线实习中如何为自己正确定位。二是企业中的干部如何充实到学院的导师队伍中去。
针对个课题,金总指出,年轻教师要摆正心态,并对自己有一个定位。我们的培养目标是教师,而不是劳动力。一名的教师,要在企业一线工作过,磨练过,才知道企业需要什么样的人才,才知道如何教育学生。在美国,30年来,90%的中国留学生是靠自己打工赚钱学费,未来,我们也要在部分企业尝试“半工半读”制度,让那些贫困但聪明、有志向的大学生通过课外企业实习,自己赚学费。而这种制度的成功实现,需要一支强有力的,有着丰富的一线工作经验的师资队伍。这也是我们的体制下,要成为合格大学教师必须过的一关。这种创新模式必将吸引大批有志的穷孩子从我们的校园腾飞。而长期在企业工作的干部,受到了企业理念的熏陶,有着先天的优势,在未来要实行的导师制度中,要从思想上、生活上和学习上,全方面的对自己所带的学生进行引领和指导,让从学生入学之初,就顺理成章的接受企业理念,接触社会,了解社会,而不是只学课本,脱离实际。这种“师徒”回归之路,是民族传统的再现。这两条路是相辅相成的,是与学院的定位和目标一致的,是必须要坚定不移实现的。
在硬件建设方面,今年学院继续加大投资,对办公楼、教学楼、宿舍楼、图书馆等进行升级改造,并要装配两栋实验楼,逐步打造一所国际化、数字化、人文化、公园化的校园。
太阳能研究所副总徐攀、花卉研究所副总刘燕燕分别做了精彩发言,谈了在企业基层锻炼成长的体会和对学院未来发展的信心。

At the meeting, President Jin put forward two topics, one is the young teachers who fresh recruiting finished internship in a business line to study how to their correct position. The other is the outstanding worker in the enterprise how to enrich College Tutor Team.
For the first issue, Chairman Jin points out that the young teachers should have a positive attitude and have an accurate position. First of all, our goal is to be an excellent teacher, rather than labor. A good teacher holds work experience, he knows how to teach the students. In the USA, during recently 30 years, 90% of chinese students is to earn money by himself for tuition. In the future, we should also try "part-time" system in enterprises, let those students who are poor but be intelligent and ambitious earn their tutions by extracurricular-enterprise practice. But the success of system implementation needs teacher who is a wealth of experience in factory. So, a qualified university teachers must possess this quality. A large number of aspiring students were attracted under this model. Outstanding students engaged in enterprise work. They can take full advantage of school conditions. Our college implemented tutor system in the future. All students are guided in our campus in all aspects. Let our students accept corporate philosophy in the beginning of entering university. The route is the nation'soutstanding tradition of reproduction. These two routes are complementary and are consistent with positioning and objectives of the college. It is achieved unswervingly.
For the hardware construction, this year the school continue to increase investment, upgrading of office building, teaching building, dormitory, library, and to the assembly two laboratory building, and gradually build a internationalization, digitalization, human culture, park campus.
