青州市工业发展大会隆重召开， -------指出没有工业就没有一切，青州将来的辉煌靠工业
6月24日，青州市全市工业发展大会在云门剧院隆重召开。市委书记市人大常委会主任孙忠礼、市委副书记市长韩幸福和市级班子的主要同志、各部委办局、法院、检察院、人武部、乡镇街办主要负责人及全市504家规模以上企业的主要负责人等参加大会。山东禄禧置业有限公司董事长金德禄等部分上缴税金千万元以上的企业负责人特邀在主席台就座。
孙忠礼做了重要讲话。他说，今年以来，青州市按照“全党抓工业、重点建园区、突破大项目、着力调结构”的指导方针，狠抓落实，取得了较大成效。但是，与县市相比，差距很大。有些问题是长期积累形成的，有些是宏观调控造成的，但根本原因在我们自己身上。全市上下都要切实增强责任感和使命感，狠上、豁上、拼上，坚定不移地把青州的工业发展好。他重申，在思想认识上这一届青州市委、市政府班子就是要抓工业，青州的重点就是抓工业。一手抓企业扩张，一手抓招商引资。他号召广大企业家向应邀在主席台就座的企业家学习，克服小富即满、小富即安、怕担风险的旧观念，树立干大事、创大业、做大老板的雄心壮志，往全省、全国、世界上使劲。企业家还要增强上市的积极性、主动性和自觉性，政府给予支持。他还就强化招商引资，落实优惠政策、优化发展环境并加大调度力度提出了要求 。
市委副书记、市长韩幸福主持会议并就会议精神的贯彻落实强调指出，各部门、单位要认真贯彻大会精神，真正把思想统一到市委、市政府“工业强市”的决策部署上来，要把提高服务意识、服务质量作为优化软环境、建设服务型政府的重要手段，为企业发展提供服务，创造发展环境；有关部门要着力为企业解决好手续办理、土地、资金等问题，帮助企业共渡难关；要努力营造人人关心企业、人人支持企业发展的良好氛围，助推全市工业经济又好又快发展。
此次会议以电视直播的形式进行，在云门剧院设主会场，各镇、街道、经济开发区和市直有关部门设分会场。各镇、街道、经济开发区全体机关干部、村（社区）两委成员、镇直单位和有关企业主要负责同志及市直有关部门的干部职工在分会场参加了会议。
On June 24th, Industrial Development Conference of Qingzhou City was held ceremoniously in Yunmen Theatre. Party Secretary Sun Zhongli of Qingzhou, Deputy Mayor Han Xingfu and other leaders from Government, Bureaus, Court, Procuratorate, Department of Township Street office and 504 Enterprises attended the meeting. As one of the tax payers paying more than 10 million yuan every year, Chairman Jin Delu of Xinlong Group was seated on the platform.
Mayor Sun Zhongli made important speech on the meeting. Government had promulgated guidelines of catching industry, building industrial parks, breaking through important project, adjusting industrial structure, which had made great progress. However, there still exsits a big gap compared with advanced county town. Qingzhou people should strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission and try our best to the develop industry. He reiterated that the first task of this session Qingzhou municipal Party committee is to develop industry. We must catch enterprise expansion in one handed, catch capital attraction in the other hand. He called for the majority of entrepreneurs to learn from the ones sitting at the podium Entrepreneurs. All the enterprise should enhance the enthusiasm, initiative and consciousness about being on the market. At the same the government will give maximum support for the enterprises to be on the market.
Deputy Mayor Han Xingfu stressed each department and unit should conscientiously implement the congress spirit, truly uniting the thought to policy of building industrial strong city of Municipal Party Committee, In order to provide quality and efficient services and create first-class development environment for enterprises, we should treat improving service sense and quality as an important means to optimize soft environment and build a service-oriented government. The relevant departments should focus on settling the problems of enterprise formalities, land, capital, and so on. We should build a good atmosphere of everyone concerning about the enterprise to quickly promote the city's industrial economic development.
