5月11日上午，山东师范大学副校长钟读仁、历山学院院长陈焕贞、历山学院党委书记张敬东、传媒学院院长孟祥增、物理与电子学院副院长王春兴、生命科学学院副院长戴美学、化工学院主任刘玉法、旅游管理学院孙凤芝、历山学院主任王秋亮一行到历山学院（青州校区）指导工作。成立了“山东师范大学历山学院（青州校区）实验室建设筹建工作小组”，就校园实验室建设及布局规划等内容深入交流并交换意见，随后实地察看了各教学区域办公楼、图书馆及实验楼和实训楼。
金德禄董事长对参与实验室筹建工作的各位专家表示感谢，详细介绍了各楼建筑的平面布局及功能。钟校长说，参与筹建实验室工作的同志都是学校内各精英专家，合作办学主体是山东师范大学，投资方是禄禧集团，所以我们应以高度负责任的态度扎实做好实验室的规划与建设，为把历山学院办成“应用型大学”打下坚实基础。
金总带领“实验室建设设筹建工作小组”还参观了花卉研究所和太阳能研究所，经过一整天的劳顿，各位专家针对实际察看情况献计献策，为加快进度和建设标准提出了很多宝贵的意见，十个工作日内汇总规划方案草案，尽快经过专家论证，确定终方案。
In the morning of May 11th，Vice President Zhong Duren of Shandong Normal University , Dean Chen Huanzhen of Lishan College, Secretary of the Party Committee Zhang Jingdong of Lishan College，Dean Meng Xiangzeng of Media and Communication College, Vice Dean Wang Chunxing of Physical Electronic College, Vice Dean Dai Meixue of Life Science College, Director Liu Yufa of Chemical Engineering College, Dean Sun Fengzhi of Tourism Management College and Director Wang Qiuliang of LIshan College came to Qingzhou campus to guide work. They built a working group for the establishment of the laboratory construction. They exchanged views on the campus laboratory construction and layout planning. Then, they visited office building, library, laboratory building and training building.
Chairman Jin Delu first expressed thanks to the experts. He introduced the building layout and function in detail. President Zhong said all the staff participating in the construction of laboratory are elite experts. They will do a good job of laboratory planning and construction, so as to lay a solid foundation for building a practical prestigious university.
Chairman Jin showed them around the Flowers Research Institute and the Solar Energy Research Institute. At the end of the day, the experts gave valuable advice on laboratory construction.
