3月11日上午，禄禧新能源与旗城集团在青州银座佳悦酒店贵宾厅举行了“昌乐商会大厦”能源管理合作签字仪式，禄禧新能源董事长金德禄和旗城集团董事长徐学信出席了签约仪式。
昌乐商会大厦总建筑面积4.7万平米，禄禧新能源采用“合同能源管理”的合作模式，使用禄禧新能源自主研发的“冷、热、电三联供”机组为大厦供电、制冷、供暖，能源供给更加“科学、智能”，业主节省投资、节能减排，运行费用低，这种合作模式充分实现“双赢”。
“冷热电三联供”机组是以气体为燃料，带动发电设备运行，产生的电力供应大厦用户的需求，系统发电后排出的余热通过余热回收利用设备向用户供热、供冷。这种方式大大提高整个系统的能源利用率，将能源利用效率从普通的热电效率的35%提高至85%，燃料发出的热量利用，这是国际上普遍受追捧的能源消费方式。
On the morning of March 11th, Lucy New Energy and Qicheng Group held a contract energy management signing ceremony of "Changle Chamber of Commerce Building" in the conference room of Qingzhou Inzone Garland Hotel. Chairman Jin Delu of Lucy New Energy and Chairman Xu Xuexin of Qicheng Group attended the signing ceremony.
The total construction area of Changle Chamber of Commerce Building is 47000 square meters. In order to reduce the burden of building investment owners, Lucy New Energy uses the cooperation model of " contract energy management ", and uses the units of "Cool, Heat, Electricity Supply together" which researched and developed by Lucy New Energy to supply electricity, cooling and heating, which saves investment of the owners and energy emission of the building, and has a low operation cost.
The unit of "Cool, Heat, Electricity Supply together" uses natural gas as the main fuel to operate the electricity equipment, and the generating electricity meets the demand of user. The waste heat discharged by system after electricity generation supplies heating and cooling to the users through the waste heat recovery and utilization device .This mode greatly improves the primary energy utilization rate of the whole system, and makes the energy utilization efficiency from 35% of the average thermoelectric efficiency to 85%, which is full use of the energy emitted by the fuel heating, and reduces the energy cost.
