2013年11月13日,省教育厅副巡视员刘士祥到历山学院青州校区调研。青州市政府副市长王万信,山东禄禧集团董事长金德禄,学院##班子成员,新能源系负责人参加调研座谈会。
刘士祥甫抵学院,视察了学院分布式能源规划建设和设备安装情况。金德禄介绍说,学校走“校企一体化,产学研一体化”的发展道路,把历山学院太阳能所的太阳能中央空调系统安装到学校,是培植大学一种理念,培养大学生在生态文明建设方面的价值观和社会责任感。学校分布式能源工程包括楼顶太阳能热管全覆盖和5个分布式能源站,通过冷热电联供机组和空气源热泵辅助实现太阳能的热集中利用、冷热转换,达到室内夏季制冷、冬季供暖、全天能提供热水的功能。今年完成教学区建设,该工程2014年全部竣工,届时校园全年节能指标将达到40%—50%。在大家的陪同下,刘巡视员实地考察了教室、学生浴室、分布式能源站和太阳能中央空调样板别墅。新能源系负责人介绍了分布式能源独立性、灵活性、清洁性、经济性等特点,演示了分布式能源的设备构成和工作原理。
听完汇报后,刘士祥对历山学院太阳能研究所取得的成果表示祝贺,对学院建设绿色校园、环保校园、微排放校园的理念表示赞赏。他指出,生态文明是人类在改造客观世界的同时改善和优化人与自然的关系,建设科学有序的生态运行机制,体现了人类尊重自然,利用自然,保护自然,与自然和谐相处的文明理念。太阳能的充分利用和研发,就是生态文明建设的具体表现。学院应尽快完善分布式能源建设方案,加快工程建设进度,早日实现校内供暖、制冷、热水、照明等微排放,为高校校园微排放建设创新经验,发挥引领作用。他要求,应详细统计各种数据,总结出以学院为样本,在达到同样效果的情况下,新型能源与传统能源的经济指标对比。他希望太阳能研究所加快研发工作,在吸收式空调推广基础上,将吸附式太阳能中央空调尽快产业化,完善产品种类,提高产品质量,在满足国外客户需求的基础上,不但能满足国内高校现在的科研教学要求,而且能在高校大规模推广利用方面积累经验,实现突破。
On November 13th, 2013, Liu Shixiang, Deputy Inspector of Education Department of Shandong Province came to Qingzhou campus of Lishan College for inspection, Wang Wanxin, Vice Mayor of Qingzhou Government, Jin Delu, Chairman of Shandong Lucy Group, members of the college leadership team and director of New Energy Department attended the inspection symposium.
When Liu Shixiang got to the college, he began to inspect the college distributed energy planning construction and the situation of equipment installation. Jin Delu said that the college took development way of “School-enterprise Integration and Production-Education-Research Integration”. Installing Solar Central Air Conditioning System which was produced by Solar Institute of Lishan College into the school is to cultivate an advanced concept of the university and values and social responsibilities of college students in the construction of ecological civilization. The projects of college distributed energy included full coverage of solar heating tubes on the roof and 5 distributed energy stations. They used Combined Cooling, Heating and Power Unit and Air Source Heat Pump as a supplementary to achieve concentrated utilization of solar heat and conversion of cooling and heating in order to achieve cooling in the summer, heating in the winter and hot water in four seasons. This year we would complete the construction of teaching districts and the project would be completed entirely in 2014, when the annual energy-saving index of campus would reach 40%—50%. Mr. Liu inspected classrooms, student bathroom, distributed energy stations and solar central air conditioning sample villa on-the-spot, accompanied by everyone. Director of New energy department introduced the characteristics of distributed energy, such as independence, flexibility, cleanness, high efficiency, economical and so on, he also demonstrated the equipment structure and working principle of distributed energy.
After listening to the report, Liu Shixiang congratulated Solar Research Institute of Lishan College on their achievements and expressed appreciation to the concept of building green campus, environmental campus and micro-discharge campus. He pointed out that ecological civilization was that human improved and optimized the relationship of man and nature when they transformed the objective world, constructed the ecological operation mechanism scientifically and orderly, embodied the civilization concept of human's respect for nature, making use of nature, protecting nature and living in harmony with nature. Full utilization and development of solar energy was the concrete manifestation of ecological civilization construction. The college should improve the construction project of distributed energy as soon as possible, speed up the construction progress, in order to realize the micro discharge of heating, cooling, hot water and lighting and so on in the college earlier, and play a leading role of innovation experience in the construction of micro discharge in other university campuses. He asked that we should sum up all detailed data, summarized the contrast of economic index between new energy and traditional energy under the situation with the same effect, taking the college as the sample. He hoped that Solar Energy Research Institute could speed up the development, on the basis of promoting absorption air conditioner, realize the industrialization of absorption type solar central air conditioner as soon as possible, diversify the product range, improve product quality, not only can meet the requirement of present research teaching in domestic universities, but also can accumulate experience in the large-scale popularization and utilization and achieve a breakthrough on the basis of meeting the demands of foreign customers.
