1月5日，我公司与山东大学创锐空调技术有限公司战略合作协议签署仪式在济南举行。山东省政府节能办资源节约处王玉刚处长、王云红副处长、山东大学校长助理贾磊教授、山东省太阳能协会李衍山秘书长、山东大学创锐空调公司负责人秦昶 、我校金德禄教授等出席签约仪式。
近年来，我公司已成长为集产、学、研于一体，专注于太阳能空调技术研发，拥有几十项发明专利，具有自主知识产权，在单、双效溴化锂制冷机组技术研究和设备制造领域具有很大优势，国内的太阳能中央空调系统生产和研发基地。山东大学创锐空调技术有限公司是由新加坡南洋理工大学、山东大学、山东贝特项目管理公司共同组建，集产品研发、生产、销售于一体，专注于空调末端技术，除湿系统、新风系统节能技术，空调系统自动控制技术等的研发生产并具有自主知识产权的产学研高科技公司。此次双方的强强联合，将整合彼此现有优势资源，共同研发、设计、优化太阳能中央空调系统，并利用现有营销网络进行推广，以扩大双方在此领域的国际、国内影响。
根据协议，山东大学将在工科师资方面给予历山学院支持，双方将在十三五课题申报、技术交流与研发、师资共享、人才培训、商业项目跟踪、信息共享、“产学研一体化”平台打造、国际化供产销链构建等方面开展合作。

This combination among the strong ones will integrate existing resources to each other, common research and development, design, optimization of solar energy central air conditioning system, and expand with the existing marketing network, it will expand in both sides international and domestic implications in the field.
According to the cooperation agreement, Shandong University will give the biggest support to Li Shan college about engineering faculty. Both sides will carry out all-round cooperation about Thirteen-Five national application of the research subjects, Technological exchanges and research and development, sharing teaching resources, talent training, Commercial project tracking, information sharing, building the “production-research-education integration" platform and Internationalization for the production and marketing chain.
