1月15日-16日,由青岛市城市管理局局长郭继山、青岛市供热办主任俞立群、即墨市城乡建设局局长邵立晓、即墨市城乡建设局副局长孙永健、青岛市开发区城建局副局长邹红、青岛市教育局基建办校舍管理部主任张曙光等组成的青岛市政府节能减排观摩团到我公司参观考察。青州市副市长王万信,新奥能源控股有限公司副总裁、山东区域总经理葛华,青岛新奥新能源总经理李桂芝,我公司董事长金德禄教授,总工程师王红斌教授,卢云岗副院长等陪同参观。省政府节能办王云红副处长特别从济南赶到我公司与郭局长一行进行了交流。
观摩团详细听取了我公司关于产学研一体化办学模式、微排放校园建设、分布式能源布局、微排放工厂建设、太阳能中央空调项目研发及国内外经典样板工程进展等的汇报,并重点了解了我公司微排放校园4个能源站示范工程如何利用生物质、光伏、光热、燃气辅助等实现为教学区、办公区、学生公寓等区域供暖、制冷、供电的分布式能源布局状况。
观摩团一行参观了我公司微排放校园、35KW太阳能空调、200KW冷热电联供3#能源站、175KW4#能源站及光热楼、光伏楼太阳能中央空调系统;我公司办公楼光热光伏中央空调系统、工厂屋顶1MW光伏发电系统、太阳能空调生产车间、银座佳悦太阳能主题酒店、昌乐鸢飞大酒店太阳能光热中央空调系统、昌乐实验中学新校、昌乐第二实验小学和幼儿园太阳能供暖及热制冷中央空调系统,就太阳能中央空调系统的运行性能、节能状况等进行现场观摩。
观摩团一行对我公司在太阳能、生物质能源应用等新能源领域取得的成就极为赞赏。郭继山局长表示,青岛市已出台推进利用清洁能源和可再生能源实现供热、制冷的系列补贴政策,青岛市提出了“非煤化”城市发展战略,我公司太阳能中央空调系统、分布式能源布局方案具有很好的借鉴意义,在青岛市具有广阔的发展空间。
