4月23日,我公司与山东大学在济南签署高技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目示范合作协议。863计划项目专家、长江学者、泰山学者、山东大学张承慧教授、山东大学经管学院副院长陈志军教授、山东太古公司马洪涛经理、我公司董事长金德禄教授、隋文慧院长、总工程师王红斌教授等出席签约仪式。
2012年以来,我公司利用自身产学研优势,充分发挥在冷热电联供和太阳能空调的科研、制造和应用等方面的高端技术,斥巨资全力打造微排放工厂、微排放校园,广泛采用包括太阳能热制冷中央空调技术、光伏中央空调技术、生物质供热技术、冷热电三联供技术在内的多种清洁能源技术,建成国内首座微排放校园,每年可节约1.2万吨标准煤,人民网、山东电视台等多家媒体争相报道。
基于我公司微排放校园建设的成功经验和公司过硬的技术实力,山东大学张承慧教授在国内充分调研基础上最后确定与我公司总工程师王红斌教授合作完成863计划项目示范项目,由我公司完成项目集成所需要的小型溴化锂制冷机组部分。双方团队通力合作一起研发新型太阳能辅助加热混合原料恒温厌氧发酵器、生物质气内燃机、新型同步发电机以及高性能冷热电联供控制系统,基于生物质冷热电联供示范工程##终将在我校完成并投入示范运行。
以教育部长江学者特聘教授、“电力电子节能技术与装备”教育部工程研究中心主任张承慧为项目专家的863计划主题项目“基于生物质气的分布式冷热电联供系统”,通过2012年高新技术发展及产业化领域科技计划备选项目遴选入库,经过培育整合后于2014年出库启动。研究分布式冷热电联供系统优化配置方法与控制策略,实现系统热能和电能功率输出的合理分配,系统稳定运行,完成了冷热电联供系统技术示范,为我国生物质能分布式冷热电联供系统的运行和推广应用奠定基础。
In April 23, our company and the Shandong University signed an demonstration cooperation agreement on national high technology research and development program (863 program) in Jinan. Professor Zhang Chenghui of Shandong University which was the chief expert of 863 program, Cheung Kong scholar, Taishan scholar, Professor Chen Zhijun which was the vice president of school of economics and management in Shandong University, the Ma Hongtao manager of Taikoo(Shandong) Co.,Ltd., the chairman of our company Professor Jin Delu, Dean Sui Wenhui, Chief engineer Professor Wang Hongbin have attended the signing ceremony.
Since 2012, our company used our own advantages on production learning research, and gave full play to the leading international technology in CCHP and the research, manufacturing and applications on solar energy air conditioning. We have spent huge sums to build the micro emissions factory, micro emissions campus, and widely used in a variety of clean energy technologies including solar thermal cooling central air conditioning technology, PV central air conditioning technology, biomass heating technology, CCHP technology and so on. We have built the first micro emission campus in our country which can save 12000 tons of standard coal annual, and the People.com, Shandong TV and other media outlet vie this news.
Based on the successful experience of establishing micro emission campus and the strong technical strength of our company, Shandong University professor Zhang Chenghui has determined finally to collaborate with the chief engineer of my company professor Wang Hongbin to complete the demonstration project of 863 program after a full investigation in our country. Our company was responsible for the part of LiBr refrigeration units which were required for the project. The two teams fully cooperate with each other aiming to make the solar assisted heating mixture anaerobic fermentation device, high efficiency biomass gas internal combustion engine, new high efficiency synchronous generator and the high performance of system. Demonstration project based on biomass CCHP will eventually be completed and put into operation our school.
The Cheung Kong scholar, director Zhang Chenghui of Engineering Research Center of Ministry of education on “power electronic energy saving technology and equipment" is responsible for the project “Distributed CCHP system based on biomass gas” of 863 program as the chief expert. The project was selected in storage as the 2012’s national science and technology alternative project in high-tech development and industrialization of the field, and started in 2014 after cultivation of integration. The research of distributed CCHP system optimization configuration method and control strategy, the realization of reasonable allocation between the thermal and electric power output, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system, and the final completion of the CCHP system technology demonstration will lay the foundation for the efficient and reliable operation and application of biomass energy distributed CCHP system of our country.
