禄禧新能源总工程师、山师大历山学院新能源工程学院院长王红斌教授作主旨报告。他通过PPT##展示了基于太阳能的孤岛多功能能源车（柜）的原理。此装备用于完成在夜间或者太阳能发电不足或者有空调需求时以柴油、LNG、LPG##气等常规能源为辅助能源来发电，满足24小时不间断电力供给，同时发电余热缸套热水和高温废气进入吸收式冷热一体烟气热水两用机组，来产生冷冻水制冷，或者换热用以满足供暖、洗浴需求。可广泛应用于远离电网的孤岛边防哨所、沙漠、军队演习、抢险救灾临时营地、油田、矿山临时营地；城乡结合部，电力不稳定的民用、军用设施；城市商业广场临时展会、晚会影棚的临时冷、热、电等多种能源需求。
