9月8、9日,2016年钢铁工业节能共性技术研讨会在青州市举办,会议在中国循环经济学会、上海市科委、中国金属协会的指导下,由山东禄禧新能源、上海交通大学、上海工业节能产业技术创新战略联盟、上海新能源科技成果转化与产业促进中心、上海宝钢节能环保技术有限公司联合承办。宝钢、首钢、鞍钢、山钢、马钢等国内30余家大中型钢铁企业能源管理负责人、节能主管,以及上海交通大学、浙江大学等高校的能源专家共计80余人参加研讨会。山东省政府节能办主任刘绪聪,青州市副市长王万信,潍坊市经信委副主任王成喜,山东禄禧新能源董事长金德禄、总工程师王红斌出席会议开幕式。
王红斌总工程师在会上做《低品位热能吸收与吸附式制冷技术》报告。王总分析了钢铁工业节能现状和挖掘节能潜力的关键技术,重点讲解了我公司针对60℃~250℃不同品位的工业余热研制了14款热制冷的吸收式和吸附式制冷机组。单位自主研发的电力驱动吸收式热泵机组、双段吸收式制冷机组,以及同上海交通大学联合研制1.n效吸收式制冷机机组和吸附式制冷机组引起了与会专家的极大兴趣,纷纷表达了工程应用的合作意愿。
研讨会旨在更好的推进钢铁工业节能技术的发展,进一步优化产业结构,着力推动钢铁企业节能降本工作。会议分为两大议程,8日上午为流程技术研讨会,主要对焦炉荒煤气显热回收技术、烧结竖式冷却技术等五项钢铁流程工艺技术进行研讨;8日下午为共性技术研讨会,主要对低品位热能吸附式制冷技术与装备研究、凝汽器强化传热及在线清洗技术等工业节能共性关键技术进行研讨。

Under the guidance of the national energy conservation center, Institute of circular economy China, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Chinese metal association, the meeting was jointly sponsored by Shandong Lucy new energy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai industrial energy industry technology innovation strategic alliance, Shanghai new energy industry and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements promotion center, Shanghai Baosteel Energy Saving Technology Co. Ltd.. The energy management, responsible person in charge of energy from Baosteel, Anshan, Shougang, Shandong steel, Maanshan Iron and steel and other more than 30 domestic large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprise , as well as the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University and other colleges and universities and energy experts a total of more than 80 people attended the seminar.The government of Shandong province energy office director Liu Xucong, vice mayor of Qingzhou, Wang Wanxin, deputy director of the Weifang Commission by letter Wang Chengxi, Shandong Lucy new energy chairman Jin Delu, chief engineer Wang Hongbin attended the opening ceremony of the meeting.
The chief engineer Wang Hongbin made a report on "low-grade heat energy absorption and adsorption refrigeration technology"at the meeting. Manager Wang analyzed the key technology of energy saving in iron and steel industry status and energy saving potential of mining. He focused on the 14 efficient heat absorption and adsorption refrigeration chillers which our company developed for the 60℃ to 250℃ different grade of industrial waste heat. Completely independent research and development of the world's first power driven absorption heat pump, double stage absorption refrigeration unit, and the 1.n effect of the absorption refrigeration unit and adsorption refrigeration unit with Shanghai Jiao Tong University jointly developed have attracted great interest of experts , and they have expressed their willingness to cooperate in engineering application.
The seminar aims to promote the development of iron and steel industry energy saving technology better, and optimize the industrial structure further , efforts to promote iron and steel enterprises energy saving work. The conference was divided into two major agenda, on the morning of 8 for the process of technical seminars, mainly for coke oven gas sensible heat recovery technology, vertical sintering cooling technology and other five steel process technology research. On 8 afternoon for the common technology seminar, mainly on low-grade thermal energy adsorption refrigeration technology and equipment research, condenser heat transfer and online cleaning technology and other industrial energy-saving common key technologies for discussion.
The Lucy new energy saving technology research products of the new energy technology have realized the development concept of "using clean energy to produce energy-saving products", which has remarkable energy-saving effect and good social demonstration significance.
