7月28日下午，新疆维吾尔自治区英吉沙县考察团与我院在银座佳悦酒店贵宾厅举行了专门座谈会，双方就具体援疆项目进行了深入洽商。考察团团长新疆维吾尔自治区英吉沙县委副书记、政府县长祖木热提●吾不力、我院董事长金德禄出席了座谈会，英吉沙县委副书记、济宁市援疆指挥部指挥柳景武、山东省援疆工作指挥部部分成员、英吉沙县招商局负责人等参加洽谈。
祖木热提●吾不力县长向金德禄董事长介绍了英吉沙县的基本情况以及在山东省援疆指挥部协调支持下与山东省开展项目合作的现状，并希望通过此次洽谈与我院展开合作。金德禄董事长向客人介绍了我院的建设和发展情况，并提出要利用我院的优势，开展“智力援疆”项目以及利用新疆气候特点开展中高温太阳能项目。祖木热提●吾不力县长对此提议十分赞同，并邀请金德禄董事长近日访问新疆，现场考察 ，进一步确定有关合作事宜。
会谈结束后，考察团一行在金德禄董事长的陪同下，参观了我院太阳能研究所，祖木热提●吾不力县长对我院的中高温太阳能利用技术大加赞赏，认为双方合作的潜力巨大。
In the afternoon of July 28th, our college held a special forum for the investigatory group of Yengisar County in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Qingzhou Inzone Garland Hotel. Deputy Secretary Wu Buli of Yengisar County, Chairman Jin Delu, the Command Liu Jingwu of Command Post in Jining, Directors of Investment Promotion Bureau and other leaders took part in the negotiations.
Deputy Secretary Wu Buli introduced the base situation of Yengisar County and status of cooperation with Shandong. He hoped Yengisar County could cooperate with our college through the meeting. Then, Chairman Jin Delu introduced the construction and development of our college. He determined to ssupport the construction of Xinjiang by taking advantage of our products and technology. Deputy Secretary Wu Buli heartily subscribed to that suggestion and sincerely invited Chairman Jin to visit Xinjiang for identifying matters relating to cooperation.
After the meeting, the investigatory group visited the Solar Energy Research Institute, accompanied by Chairman Jin Delu. He spoke very highly of the technology of mid-high temperature solar energy utilization. At the same time,he believed bilateral cooperation has great potential in the near future.
