7月26日上午，由省住建厅组织的山东省太阳能利用技术研讨会在济南召开，省住建厅科教处处长王润晓主持会议。此次会议主要探讨太阳能技术在城市建筑中的广度和深度应用问题，山东建筑大学、皇明太阳能等太阳能热水器生产厂、各地市建设局行业负责人参加会议，我院太阳能研究所应邀参加。
我院董事长金德禄在会议上针对目前市场上流行的平板式阳台壁挂太阳能热水器存有的热效率低、集灰尘、抗风力和传热差等问题，提出了高层幕墙分体式太阳能热水器方案，与会代表对这项技术表示出浓厚的兴趣，并进行了广泛研讨，与会代表一致认为这一方案具有集热温度高、吸热效率高、传热好、热损小、外形美观、使用安全等优势，并具有可轻松调整吸热角度，可以克服冬季采暖效果不好等优点。省住建厅王润晓处长认为我院太阳能研究所的太阳能中高温热利用技术可以提高太阳能利用的广度和深度，提升了山东省太阳能行业的技术水平，表示同山师历山学院和潍坊、青州建设局共同举办好 “山东省2011届中高温太阳能青州论坛暨样板工程观摩会”。
王处长说，山东省太阳能利用在全国有名，但是普及率远远落后于欧洲各国，说明应用和市场潜力巨大。在全国列入建设部和财政部支持的可再生能源建筑应用示范项目中，山东省项目多，得到的支持资金多，这是对山东省可再生能源应用的大力支持，是我省太阳能企业发展的机遇。
金总表示，为了把青州市打造成为全国知名的太阳能与建筑一体化示范城，响应住建部提出的加快太阳能技术在建筑中利用的广度和深度的要求，我们将全力以赴完成禄禧新城小高层幕墙分体式太阳能热水器示范工程、青州传泰小学太阳能供暖工程、昌乐鸢飞大酒店太阳能中央空调和热水工程和历山学院专家别墅太阳能供暖、制冷工程，并实现在青州市在建和待建小高层建筑成片利用幕墙分体式太阳能热水器工程的推广。
In the morning of July 26th, the seminar of solar energy utilization technology was held in Jinan，which was organized by Shandong House and Urban-Rural Development Department. This seminar was chaired by Section Chief Wang Runxiao from Office of science and education of Shandong House and Urban-Rural Development Department. The meeting focused on the broadness and depth of application about solar energy technology in city construction. Shandong Jianzhu University, Himin Solar Corporation, our Solar Energy Research Institute and other leaders of Construction Bureau attended the seminar.
Chairman Jin Delu put forward the Curtain Wall Split Top solar Energy Water Heater, aimed at the inconvenience of the flat wall mount water heater’s problems in the aspects of safety, beauty, snow and dirt cover and efficiency. All the attendees expressed strong interest in this technique. They all agreed that our products have good function of fast starting, high heat collecting temperature, good high absorbing efficiency， small heat losing, beautiful appearance and safe using. Section Chief Wang Runxiao said our mid-high temperature solar energy technology improves the breadth and depth of solar thermal utilization, enhancing the technical level of solar energy industry in Shandong province. He expressed he will assist us to hold the first Qingzhou mid-high temperature solar energy application forum and model project demonstration.
Section Chief Wang said solar energy application has tremendous potential in application and market. At present, Shandong gets the most support funds in demonstration project of the construction application of renewable energy. This support for application of renewable energy from Ministry of Construction and Finance is a great opportunity for the development of solar energy enterprise in Shandong.
To achieving the perfect combination between solar power technology and buildings, Chairman Jin expressed that we will do our best to complete the demonstration project, such as LUCY Curtain Wall Split Top Solar Energy Water Heater project in Lucy New City Community, Solar Heating and Sunshine Bathroom project of Chuantai Elementary school of Wangfen county, the Changle Yuanfei Hotel Solar Central Air Condition System, Solar Central Air Condition System of the Sun House in Shandong Normal University, Lishan College, which can realize the popularizing of Curtain Wall Split Top Solar Energy Water Heater using in high-rise buildings being built and to be built.

会议结束后当天下午，一同参加会议的潍坊市建设局科技教育科科长杨宗明一行不辞劳顿直接来我院参观考察，我院党委书记金德禄陪同参观。
杨宗明科长一行先后参观了我院太阳能研究所和山东师范大学历山学院青州新校区，金德禄董事长向杨科长介绍了学院的发展和建设情况，并就太阳能项目和即将举办的“山东省2011’届中高温太阳能青州论坛暨样板工程观摩会大会”与杨宗明科长进行了深入的交流和探讨。
