5月29—30日，台湾景艺生物科技有限公司董事长陈永德及公司技术总监许宪展、游吉鸿、曾博睿博士一行四人专程来到我院，在董事长金德禄等陪同下，在青州、昌乐对农业产业进行了深入考察，并就双方进一步加强战略合作达成共识。
陈永德董事长一行来到我院花卉基地（青州市花卉研究所），检查合作项目进展情况。自去年6月9日双方在广东签署合作协议至今，正好一年的时间。当时双方合作成立山东禄禧生物科技有限公司，决定在品种研发、组培生产、兰苗栽培及人才培养方面密切合作。在双方共同努力下，一所设施的科研生产机构已经以全新的面貌呈现在大家面前。陈董事长一边听取常驻代表汇报工作，一边与随行的许宪展博士等查看兰花种苗长势，对下一步的科研、生产任务作出安排。陈董事长对仅仅一年时间就取得显著合作成果表示满意，希望双方依托各方面优势，特别是山东师范大学历山学院乔迁青州由我集团公司承办，为促进海峡两岸教育与产业交流合作，产生深远影响。
30日，金德禄董事长与许宪展、游吉鸿、曾博睿博士继续到昌乐县考察。昌乐县委书记张新强、副县长张云葆及县农办、 农业局、宝城街道办事处、鄌郚镇等部门的同志及山东金天马发展有限公司总经理姜丽丽等陪同参观考察座谈。在参观宝城街道社区瓜菜协会、山东正大农业科技有限公司、西瓜博物馆、鄌郚镇瓜菜合作社等生产基地后，双方举行了座谈会。金德禄董事长代表山东师范大学历山学院、山东禄禧生物科技有限公司与昌乐县有关同志，就依托金天马公司在昌乐经营气资源的优势，在昌乐县投资建设太阳能高温集热管生产基地和一处综合性的瓜菜生产技术研究机构进行了商谈，就具体事项达成了共识。
在陪同考察、洽谈合作过程中，金德禄董事长强调，集团公司以教育为龙头，经营目标逐步退出房地产业，转向新能源、新材料、现代农业，为社会做出更大贡献的目标是坚定不移的。要求青年教师勤学苦练掌握知识技能，要使自己成为一名知识丰富善于解决生产一线技术难题的“真博士”、“真硕士”，然后才能作为大学教师培养出有道德、有能力，有理想的大学毕业生。
From 29th to 30th, accompanied by Chairman Jin Delu, Chairman Chen Yongde of Taiwan Today Landscaping Biological Technologies Co. Ltd, Technical Director Xu Xianzhan, You Jihong and Zeng Borui came to our college and investigated the agriculture of Qingzhou and Changle. They reached a consensus on cooperation in the future.
Chairman Chen came to our flower base—Qingzhou Flower Research Institute to inspect the development of the project. It was just one year since they signed the cooperation agreement on Jun 9th last year. The two parties made a bargain to found Shandong Today Lucy Biological Technology Co. Ltd, and decided to working in close collaboration in breed development, tissue culture production, orchid cultivation and personnel training. With mutual efforts, a scientific research organization with advanced facilities was founded. Chairman Chen listened to the report of the delegate and examined the growing of the orchids, and then he arranged the next assignment. Chairman Chen was very satisfied with the notable achievement. He hoped our group could undertake the moving of Lishan College and promote collaboration of education on both sides of the straits.
On 30th, accompanied by Secretary Zhang Xinqiang of the Party committee, Deputy Country magistrate Zhang Yunbao and some other leaders, Chairman Jin, Doctor Xu Xianzhan, You Jihong and Zeng Borui investigated Changle. After visiting the production bases such as Baocheng Street Community Vegetable Association, Shandong Zhengda Agriculture Technology Co. Ltd, Watermelon Museum and Tangwu town Cooperative, they made a forum. Chairman Jin transacted with leaders of Changle, standing for Lishan College of Shandong Normal University and Shandong Today Lucy Biological Technology Co. Ltd. In the end, they made a common view on building a solar energy high temperature tubular collectors production base and a comprehensiveness vegetable technology research institute in Changle.
In the process of accompanying, Chairman Jin emphasized that our group would quit the stage of realty industry and turn to new energy, new material and modern agriculture. But our target was unalterable: education as leading, making much contribution to society. The young teachers should acquire knowledge and ability, establish themselves as knowledgeable “True Doctor” or “True Master”, and then foster many excellent college graduates with moral integrity, ability and high ideal.
