5月23日，山东省教育厅党组成员、总督学徐曙光来我院考察指导工作。
徐总督学在金德禄董事长陪同下参观了我院校园，到实习实训中心车间看望了正在进行实习教学的中职师生。在参观青州市花卉研究所时，我院青年研究生教师在花卉温室、组培室内勤恳劳动，认真从事农业科研的工作态度给省教育厅##留下了深刻印象。在参观太阳能研究所时，青年教师勇于实践，提高企业管理能力和研发能力，具备了高技术的操作水平，受到了赞誉。
徐总督学在谈话指出，学院已经有了好的环境和完善的设施，更要有办学理念和的师资队伍。希望我院尽快培养出实践能力强的双师型师资，使大学教育既占领理论高度，又富于实践能力，培养出社会急需的，有道德有理想有能力的大学本科学生。山东师范大学历山学院的整体迁入是一个很好的起点，目前的各项准备工作一定要高标准高质量尽快进行，为明年的正式招生、迁入创造好的条件。
On May 23rd, Governor-general Xu Shuguang of Shandong Education Department investigated our college.
Accompanied by Chairman Jin, Governor-general Xu visited our campus, teachers and students. When he visited Qingzhou Flowers Research Institute, he thought highly of our teachers’ conscientious working attitude. When he visited the Solar Energy Research Institute, he praised our young teachers for their courage to practice and perfect mastery of operational technique.
In conversation, Governor-general Xu pointed out our college had perfect environment and installation. We also need to have advanced philosophy and excellent teaching staff. He hoped us to meet the needs of the society and train talents within innovative consciousness and high practical ability. It’s a good starting point that Lishan College of Shandong Normal University came to Qingzhou. All preparations should flow smoothly. We needed to set good stage for enrolling new students next year.
