4月22日至23日，山东师范大学一行来青州考察，调研。山东师范大学副校长钟读仁，副校长唐波，校办主任查玉喜，山东师范大学继续教育学院院长王会斌，历山学院院长陈焕贞，历山学院党委书记张敬东等来青州，就历山学院迁建青州等方面的工作进行了为期两天的考察调研。
青州市市委副书记市长韩幸福、常务副市长崔英魁、副市长任宪强、副市长于冬菊先后陪同参加了座谈和考察调研活动。我院党委书记金德禄和有关主管负责同志陪同考察活动。山东师范大学一行先后参观了学院实习基地##禄禧生物科技有限公司、禄禧新能源公司和青州市的一些企业，并与青州市政府、我院代表、我院部分青年教师举行了座谈。
青州市市委副书记市长韩幸福在座谈时指出，山东师范大学历山学院即将迁至青州办学，是对地方文化教育事业的巨大支持和促进。青州市作为古九州之一，在地理位置、自然资源、古老文化、经济基础等方面具有很大优势，历山学院立足青州、潍坊，在人才培养、促进各项事业发展方面有着宽广的舞台。市委市政府会对筹建工作给予支持。
山东师范大学副校长唐波在与我院青年教师座谈时，详细了解了青年教师的工作和思想情况。他结合自己博士毕业后，长期深入企业和基层参加劳动和科研，取得大量实践经验促进了研究成果取得的经历，鼓励大家安心基层岗位，不断进取，为今后成长为双师型高校教师而努力工作。在禄禧新能源公司，钟读仁、唐波等听取了研发人员的介绍，对我院在中高温太阳能利用方面所取得的成就表示赞赏，还对生产经营提出很好的建议。
在考察调研中，双方还就筹备工作的多个方面进行了沟通和交流。一致认为，实行“校企合一，产学研一体化”是成为应用型大学很好的创新模式，加强学院实习基地建设、搞好青年教师到山师本部参加在岗实习及更多新老师资的培训是当前工作重点。

Vice President Zhong Duren, Tang Bo of Shandong Normal University, Chief Zha Yuxi of college office, Dean Wang Huibin of Continuing Education College, Dean Chen Huanzhen of Shandong Normal University Lishan College and Secretary Zhang Jingdong of the Party Committee visited Qingzhou, investigating preparation work for moving Lishan College to Qingzhou during the two days.
Mayor Han Xingfu of Qingzhou, Vice Mayor Cui Yingkui, Ren Xianqiang and Yu Dongju took part in the research activity, accompanied by Secretary Jin Delu and other principal persons. The leaders successively visited Lucy Biotechnology Co., Ltd, Lucy New Energy Company and other enterprises in Qingzhou. Then they held an informal discussion.
In the discussion, Mayor Han Xingfu said, Lishan College of Shandong Normal University was on the point of moving to Qingzhou, which was signality for supporting and promoting local edbiz. Qingzhou was well-located and easy of access. It had natural resources and economic basis merit. If Lishan College comes to Qingzhou, it will have extensive stage to development. Municipal Party Committee and government will spare no efforts to support the preparatory work.
Vice-president Tang Bo got detailed understanding about work and thought of young teachers in discussion. Talking about his own experiences and feelings, he exhorted us to be diligent and to become a doer. He said that we should take initiative in our job. Given a brief introduction to Zhong Duren and Tang Bo, they expressed appreciation for our achievements and gave some good suggestions about line operation.
In this investigation, both sides communicated about the preparatory work. The educational philosophy: “school-enterprise integration and production-research-development integration” was voted a great success. The focal point of present work was to strengthen practicing base construction, improving education practice and offering more training for teachers.
