12月14日，我公司山东禄禧禄禧新能源科技有限公司与山东力诺瑞特新能源有限公司战略合作协议签署仪式在济南举行。山东省政府节能办资源节约处王玉刚处长、王云红副处长，山东省科技厅张茂森处长，中科院电工所王志峰教授，上海交大王如竹教授、代彦军教授，山东大学校长助理贾磊教授，新加坡南洋理工大学蔡文剑教授，山东省太阳能协会李衍山秘书长，山东省产品质量监督检查研究院裴伟荣院长，力诺瑞特总经理申文明先生，我公司金德禄董事长等出席签约仪式。
根据协议，双方本着以技术为先导、创新驱动产业发展，优势互补、促进企业共同发展，引领太阳能行业发展方向的原则，将在课题申请、技术交流与研发、人才培训、商业项目跟踪、信息共享、“产学研一体化”平台打造、国际化供产销链构建等方面开展合作。双方将利用力诺瑞特在国内国际上拥有的网络、渠道和品牌优势和太阳能中温技术、建筑一体化技术优势及我公司在单、双效溴化锂制冷机组技术研究和生产上的优势，强强联合，整合彼此现有优势资源，共同研发、设计太阳能中央空调系统，并利用现有营销网络进行推广，以扩大双方在此领域的国际影响。
省政府节能办王玉刚处长结合当前山东省工业产业和太阳能光热产业的形势，对此次双方的合作寄予厚望，他谈到，“双方的合作，有利于企业发展，是强强联合，优势互补，对我省太阳能行业发展具有明显的示范和带动作用。”
山东省科技厅张茂森处长表示：“非常高兴看到省内高端的行业企业的合作发展，这对于持续稳固我省在全国太阳能行业的技术具有非常重要的作用。”
省质检院裴祎荣院长指出：“双方的合作引领了山东省太阳能行业的发展方向，为我省太阳能行业的发展奠定了新的基础，做出了新的贡献。”
中科院电工研究所研究员、博士生导师，中国科学院太阳能热利用与光伏系统重点实验室主任王志峰教授指出：双方的这次合作，对于国内太阳能行业新的技术领域的开拓具有划时代的意义。太阳能空调制冷、采暖在工程领域具有庞大的市场，尤其是在当前的节能减排的大形势下，建筑采暖制冷的节能领域尤为重要，零碳采暖、制冷成为建筑新的需求，太阳能采暖、制冷下一步可能会纳入十三五规划当中。
上海交大制冷与低温工程研究所所长，教育部太阳能发电及制冷工程研究中心主任，国际制冷学会战略发展委员会委员兼制冷设备委员会副主席王如竹教授指出：力诺瑞特太阳能集热器的技术水平代表了国际水平，是国内太阳能行业发展的杰出代表。禄禧新能源（历山学院太阳能研究所）在太阳能空调制冷领域具有自己的独特优势，基本实现产业化。双方的合作是太阳能制冷、采暖领域拓展的必然选择，也必定会为中国太阳能制冷、采暖产业化发展奠定坚实基础。
