12月15日，新加坡南洋理工大学蔡文剑教授在我公司金德禄董事长、山东大学王雷博士，山东建筑大学丁旭东博士等陪同下到我公司参观。
蔡文剑教授一行参观了我公司办公楼光热、光伏中央空调系统、工厂屋顶1MW光伏发电系统、太阳能空调生产车间、昌乐鸢飞大酒店太阳能光热中央空调系统、昌乐第二实验小学和幼儿园太阳能供暖及热制冷中央空调系统，就太阳能中央空调系统的性能等问题与我校科研技术人员进行了深入交流。
下午4点30分，新加坡南洋理工大学Air T&D PTE LTD公司与我公司合作协议签署仪式在行政楼二楼会议室举行，蔡文剑教授与金德禄董事长分别代表协议双方签字。根据协议，双方将充分发挥各自优势，整合彼此现有优势资源，利用现有营销渠道进行推广，以扩大双方在此领域的国际影响。双方约定，将在技术研发、课题申请、人才培养等方面开展广泛深入的合作。
随后，蔡文剑教授做客历山论坛，在图书馆三楼报告厅为我校500余名师生带来题为《主动式送风终端系统》的讲座。
蔡文剑教授简单介绍了南洋理工大学的办学状况，对我校突破传统教育格局，积极推行“产学研一体化”教学模式高度赞赏。他详细介绍了制冷技术的发展史，并重点介绍了国际专利“主动式送风终端系统”的工作原理、节能环保方面的系统优势。蔡教授结合自身科研经历，鼓励同学们充分利用我校在太阳能空调领域的优势，勇于发现问题，着重提高实践操作能力，并希望同学们能够在将来加入自己的博士团队。
金德禄董事长作总结发言。他指出禄禧新能源和力诺瑞特强强联合，蔡文剑教授加盟，我公司与新能源工程系如虎添翼，蔡教授团队的技术，双方国际性的营销网络，必将带领我们的新能源事业迈进新的时代。

Professor Cai Wenjian pay a visit to Lucy new energy office building solar thermal, PV central air conditioning system, the 1MW PV electricity system from the factory roof, solar air-conditioning production workshop, the Changle Yuanfei Hotel Solar Air Conditioning System, solar heating and heat cooling central air-conditioning system from the Second Experimental Primary School and kindergarten in Changle. The scientific and technical personnel from two sides conduct in-depth exchanges for the solar energy central air-conditioning system performance and other issues.
At 4：30pm, cooperation agreement signing ceremony from Nanyang Technological University Air T&D PTE LTD in Singapore and Lucy New Energy Company was held in the meeting room located in the administrative building. Professor Cai Wenjian and Chairman Jin Delu, as the representatives of both parties, signed the agreement. According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, integrate existing-advantages resources and take advantage of the existing marketing channels to broaden the international influence in this field. The two sides will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in technology research and development, project application and professional personnel training.
Then, Professor Cai Wenjian was visited to the Lishan forum, give a lecture entitled “active type air terminal system” for more than 500 teachers and students of lishan college in the third floor of the library report-hall.
Professor Cai Wenjian introduces simply the state of running of Nanyang Technological University, and thought highly of lishan college teaching model—break through the traditional education pattern, and actively implement the “production, education and research”. He details the history of the development of refrigeration technology, mainly introduces the work principle of international patent “active type air terminal system”, and the system-advantage in energy saving and environmental protection aspects. Professor Cai, combined with their own research experience, encouraged the students to make full use of the world's leading edge advantage from lishan college in the solar energy air- conditioning field to find bravely problems and focus on improving the practical operation ability, and hope that the students will join their Dr.team.
The chairman Jin, made a concluding statement. He pointed out, powerful combination from Lucy new energy and linuo-paradigma, joined in cooperation from professor Cai Wenjian, our company and new energy engineering department will be a tiger with wings added, added to advanced technology from Professor Cai team and the two sides international marketing network, will lead our new energy business to enter a new era.
